Hotel Review
Park Hyatt Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Located minutes from the airport, this is a supremely comfortable, sprawling yet luxurious resort hotel that has all you need for a delightful stay. It's on the Dubai Creek and by the marina, so might not boast the most central location, but its high standards of design, luxury, choice of bars and restaurants, its beach areas and infinity pool add up to a very pleasant stay. The elegant design draws inspiration from Mediterranean and Moorish style, and it has a fabulous spa, state-of-the-art fitness centre and high-end offerings such as an impressive golf course, private yachts and fishing.

Food & Drink
The cuisine standards are very high generally, but chef Vivek Singh's Cinnamon Bazaaar restaurant really stands out, marrying modern Indian flavours with western techniques. His Jodhpuri Kachari chaat is delicious: spiced onion dumplings with curried white peas and a chutney medley. It looks very colourful with its flashes of green, and red pomegranate seeds. Crunchy and creamy, there are lots of textures and a real zingy taste.
Cinnamon Bazaar: Indian cuisine. Open Tues-Sun for lunch and dinner.
Traiteur Brunch: every Saturday from 1-4pm.
Twiggy: beach club, open daily noon-midnight.
Noépe: New England and Nikkei fusion, steaks and seafood platters. Open Sun-Fri 12 noon-midnight, Sat 5pm-midnight. Mains from AED85.
Brasserie du Park: classic French. Open daily for breakfast and dinner. Mains from AED84.
