Hotel Review
Native Aparthotel, Manchester
This Grade II-listed former cotton warehouse, just around the corner from Piccadilly railway station, is now a hip 166-room aparthotel. As well as stylish, spacious serviced apartments that range from studios to vast two-bedroomed penthouses, Ducie Street Warehouse is home to a boutique gym called BLOK, and CULTUREPLEX, a cultural space with a bar, restaurant, mini cinema and coffee shop. These social spaces let solo guests and business travellers mingle with trendy locals without having to leave the building. From its vast, glass-roofed atrium to its large lounge, original features are everywhere, including exposed brickwork and steel pillars, and these are matched with stylish furnishings.

Rooms
Some rooms can feel a little dark - on longer stays, try to nab one of the loft apartments, where glass-vaulted roofs allow natural light to flood in. We love that full-sized British Bramley toiletries are used in the bathrooms, and the coffee in the kitchens is from local brand Ancoats Coffee Limited.
