Location

Fowey Hall is surrounded by acres of beautifully manicured gardens, and the picturesque Readymoney Cove with its winding path up to St Catherine's Castle - built in 1536 by Henry VIII - is a must-see.

Located on the south Cornish coast, the hotel boasts lovely estuary views, and the beach is just a 15-minute walk away.
By car: Fowey is around 15 minutes off the A390 from the Eden Project via Par. Exeter is an hour and 30 minutes down the A30.
By train: Par station is an 10-minute drive from the hotel and serviced by Great Western Railways to Penzance (1 hr), Plymouth (50 mins), Newquay (52 mins) and Exeter St. David's (1 hr 55 mins).
By air: Newquay airport is a 45-minute drive away.

Style & Character

A Victorian pile that exudes understated luxury - perfectly decked-out to accommodate kids, dogs and grown-ups. There's some interesting artwork displayed, including irreverent ancestor paintings in the lounge and a brilliant mural in the garden wing, painted by local artist Sophie Moore.
